Latroy Hawkins must die….

I was bought basil by the girl….not sure what I’m going to do with it….but really, can you put down spices bought at PAGAN DAY?!?

Rehab is going to DDDDRRRAAAGGGG OOOONNNN forever…and just because I have the thigh of a twelve year old girl shouldn’t mean I can run or use stairs…

Thursday I defend my comprehesive exam (the grant)…I may get crucified, or just slightly wounded…but I can bet you dollars to doughnuts that I’ll be doing one hell of a rewrite

Correcting Lab reports sucks my balls….really, I’m getting paid for this crap?

the lower outside of my knee is completly numb…and occording to my father, it may never return

So anyways, it’s been awhile. Life as a rehabing individual basically is a pain in me arse. Forearms over-worked from the crutches…knee stiffening up when it doesn’t move…getting bent in painful ways…I can’t really say that I shouldn’t have gotten the surgery, but I least it’s the summer time, and I don’t have to drop my trousers to take off my immoblizer. Which, I may say, should come off tomorrow. I get my new, fancy-shmancy leg brace in the morning. I believe that I get to start weight-bareing, and on the road back to softball….

Can’t really say enough about the people that gave me a hand these past three weeks, espeically when I wasn’t able to drive, or really move around. Jason, Dana and Morgan really made life a little bit easier when I was laid up, and for that, I am most grateful…

Also, boo to the fucker that hacked into “opendiary” and pissed on their server. Three-ish months of post are still missing….I hope that guy gets shit on in the end….don’t ever mess with Karma…

Been with the girl for going on three months (I think….) and looking good…of course, it’s only the third week of football…and then college basketball, and writing, and all the freshman…..

Working in the lab again is giving me a sense of how much time I wasted last year….glad they haven’t asked for the money back.

So, I finally made it back to work…for an extensive two hours. And I am tired. Not sure how I’m going to survive the game on Saturday. Most likly only a half in it for me, and most likly no tailgating to speak of. The worst is that it’s not really my knee that’s hurting all that much, but that my thigh does. You see, for some reason, when my quads revolted during the surgery (which is normal), they decided that my vastus lateralus (or the outside muscle) would be bomb. So, now I have a gigantic charlie horse in my leg, that has lasted a week. At PT, they took a rolling pin to my leg in an effort to get it out. Didn’t work as well as I would have thought. But, my ROM is getting there, and the swelling has gone down a lot. My leg still looks like someone took a nine iron to it, but it’s a festive yellow and purple…just like high school.
